Membership Guide for Labour & Employment Professionals

IERPCA is an independent global professional body dedicated to advancing structured governance frameworks in international employment risk and cross-border labour compliance. We bring together labour and employment lawyers, HR professionals, compliance specialists, and related practitioners through a shared commitment to standards, research, and professional collaboration.

Who This Guide Is For

This guide is intended for labour and employment professionals — including practising lawyers, legal consultants, HR specialists, compliance practitioners, and employment law academics — who are considering joining IERPCA as an individual professional member.

If you are a law firm, HR service company, or other institutional entity seeking corporate membership, please contact the IERPCA Secretariat for information on enterprise membership options.

Membership Tiers

IERPCA offers three individual membership tiers. Each tier builds on the one below it. As a neutral professional body, IERPCA does not refer or recommend members for specific engagements. Visibility within the IERPCA network is earned through participation, profile placement, and directory listing — allowing organizations and professionals to find and connect with members independently.
