Leadership Opportunities at IERPCA
IERPCA offers meaningful leadership opportunities for professionals who are committed to shaping the future of global employment risk governance. Through our committee structure, members can take an active role in driving the Association's research, standards development, and institutional initiatives.
Why Serve on a Committee
Committees are the driving force behind IERPCA's work. They connect the Association with the real-world needs of its members and provide a structured platform for collective problem-solving, professional dialogue, and the development of global employment standards. Serving on a committee is also an important pathway for nurturing future leaders within the international employment law and HR community.
