Corporate Membership Guide for Enterprises & Institutional Partners
IERPCA is an independent global professional body dedicated to advancing structured governance frameworks in international employment risk and cross-border labour compliance. Our corporate membership programme is designed for enterprises, law firms, HR service companies, consulting firms, and other institutional entities seeking to strengthen their international employment compliance posture, engage with global standards development, and access a trusted network of professionals and practitioners.
Who This Guide Is For
This guide is intended for enterprises and institutional entities — including multinational corporations, law firms, HR and people management consultancies, compliance service providers, academic institutions, and industry associations — who are considering joining IERPCA as a corporate member.
If you are an individual practitioner such as a labour lawyer, HR specialist, or compliance professional seeking personal membership, please refer to the IERPCA Individual Membership Guide.
Membership Tiers
IERPCA offers two corporate membership tiers. Each tier builds on the one below it. As a neutral professional body, IERPCA does not refer or recommend corporate members for specific engagements. Institutional visibility within the IERPCA network is earned through participation, profile placement, and directory listing — enabling professionals and organizations to find and connect with member entities independently.

How to Join — Step by Step
The corporate membership process is designed to be efficient and transparent. Below are the four steps to becoming an IERPCA corporate member.
1 | Contact the IERPCA Secretariat Reach out to the IERPCA Secretariat or your designated Regional Coordinator to express your organization’s interest in corporate membership. The Secretariat will provide guidance on the appropriate tier based on your organizational profile, sector, and objectives. Contact details are available on the IERPCA website. |
2 | Submit Your Institutional Application Submit a brief institutional application to the IERPCA Secretariat indicating your preferred membership tier — Corporate Member or Strategic Corporate Partner. The application should include your organization’s name, sector, and a short description of your activities relevant to international employment or cross-border labour compliance. The Secretariat will review your submission and confirm the outcome promptly. |
3 | Onboarding and Institutional Setup Upon approval and confirmation of payment, the Secretariat will provide a comprehensive corporate onboarding package. This includes your institutional membership certificate and plaque, the official IERPCA Corporate Member mark and usage guidelines, access credentials for the member portal, onboarding materials for working groups and committees, and a dedicated point of contact for ongoing support. |
4 | Engage, Contribute, and Lead As an IERPCA corporate member, your organization is invited to participate in technical and policy working groups, contribute to standards development and research initiatives, co-host or sponsor events and webinars, and build institutional relationships across IERPCA’s global network. Strategic Corporate Partners are additionally eligible to take on formal roles in advisory panels and governance consultations, helping to shape internationally recognized frameworks for employment risk prevention and cross-border labour compliance. |
