Yong Wang

Yong Wang is a labor law attorney and human resources compliance expert with 19 years of professional experience, including eight years in labor law practice and eleven years specializing in HR compliance management. He is the founder of the AAA Human Resources Legal Risk Prevention System, which has been in operation since 2014 and serves as a standardized compliance framework adopted across industries in China.

In 2023, he led the drafting of the Standards for Labor Employment Risk Management for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, the first regulatory standard of its kind in the field of HR compliance in China. In 2025, he developed an AI large-model-based Human Resources Dispute Risk Identification System, marking the first application of AI technology in the HR compliance field.

Yong Wang serves as Director of Hongwen Law Firm and holds appointments as a member of the Labor Law Professional Committee of the National Lawyers Association of China and as Chairperson of the Sixth Labor Law Professional Committee of the Tianjin Lawyers Association. He has served as a specially appointed legal advisor to the Tianjin Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Tianjin Federation of Trade Unions, and other official institutions, and as an external mentor at Tianjin University of Finance and Economics and Tianjin Renai College.

Over the course of his career, Yong Wang has provided HR compliance consulting services to more than 10,000 enterprises, including Fortune Global 500 companies such as Otis Elevator, as well as leading organizations across the retail, manufacturing, real estate, telecommunications, and public utilities sectors. He has delivered professional training to more than 20,000 lawyers and HR practitioners nationwide.

Yong Wang has participated in international labor law forums in the United States, Germany, and South Korea, engaging with global peers on frontier developments in employment compliance. He founded IERPCA to advance a globally recognized framework for employment risk prevention and to promote fair and consistent labor standards in international trade and cross-border business operations.
